Hi! I’m Lyn Fairweather (aka Mrs F)
I am a Certified Health Coach who believes in nourishing your body, mind and soul without the constraints of a one-size-fits-all diet.

- Nutrition Education: I help you to gain a deeper understanding of nutrition without the constraints of a diet. You’ll learn to make informed choices that nourish your body and support your overall health. I’ll help with meal plan and can provide recipe inspiration (if you need it).
- Mindfulness Practices: I will help you work on emotional eating. You’ll learn about the power of mindfulness in relation to food, and overall well-being. Whilst, developing sustainable habits that lead to a healthier and more balanced life.
